Terms of Service – Wick N Wear
By placing an order with Wick N Wear, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully before submitting your order.
Order Processing & Turnaround Times
Custom Orders
Custom orders include candles, wax melts, wreaths, and holiday gift bags.
Turnaround time is 7–10 business days. Bulk orders may require additional processing time. Turnaround time begins once payment is received.
Ready-to-Ship Items
Ready-to-ship items ship within 1–3 business days.
If an order contains both ready-to-ship and custom items, the entire order will follow the custom order turnaround time of 7–10 business days.
Wholesale Orders
Wholesale orders have a processing time of 15–25 business days, depending on order size and quantity.
Customer Information & Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for ensuring all order and shipping information is accurate at checkout. Wick N Wear is not responsible for incorrect information provided by the customer.
If an error is noticed after submitting an order, customers must email wicknwear@outlook.com within 24 hours to request a correction. Once a shipping label is created, customers are responsible for any additional shipping charges required to correct the label.
Shipping & Delivery
Once a shipping label is created, please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates. Wick N Wear is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS or other carriers.
If USPS is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order. Wick N Wear will not issue refunds if the customer declines to pay reshipping fees due to an incorrect address.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, customers must email wicknwear@outlook.com within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be honored.
Refunds, Returns & Cancellations
All sales are final. Wick N Wear does not accept returns, refunds, cancellations, or order changes once an order has been placed. Any exceptions are made solely at the discretion of Wick N Wear.
Business Days
Business days do not include weekends, holidays, or posted store closure dates listed on the website.
